Our Mission

A deep commitment to nature and its people

The Andean Quetzal Ecological Foundation was born from the conviction that environmental conservation is only possible when communities lead the process. We support rural organizations across the Amazon, the Chocó and the Andean páramos as they protect and recover their ecosystems, combining local knowledge with specialized technical expertise. Gender equity is central to our approach: empowering rural women is an essential driver of lasting change.
